Owner Shannon Grace, NP, and Daniel Ayers, PA, are Galderma trainers who train and mentor our entire injection team. The techniques taught to other injectors are the techniques used in our treatment rooms.

Shannon Grace, NP
Owner & Nurse Practitioner
GALDERMA TRAINER
Shannon founded Grace Aesthetics on the belief that the best result is one no one can point to. As a Galderma trainer, she teaches other injectors the techniques she performs, and she leads training and mentorship for our entire team. She specializes in neurotoxins, dermal filler, and facial balancing.
Dr. Anna Fuller
Medical Director
PHYSICIAN OVERSIGHT
Dr. Fuller serves as Medical Director for Grace Aesthetics, providing physician oversight of our clinical protocols, safety standards, and treatment practices, so every service we offer is delivered within a properly supervised medical framework.

Physician Assistant
GALDERMA TRAINER
Dan is a physician assistant and Galderma trainer who teaches injection technique to other providers. He is known for a precise, conservative approach to facial balancing, and works alongside Shannon to train and mentor our injection team.
Tori Crook, NP
Nurse Practitioner
Tori is known for taking the time to walk clients through every step, a quality her patients mention often. She focuses on refreshed, natural results and will recommend a different approach when a requested treatment is not the right fit.
Carrie Webb, NP
Nurse Practitioner
Carrie is a certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with over eighteen years of experience. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Fisk University and a Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University. Her career in skilled nursing, geriatric, and hospice care led her to aesthetics, and she holds advanced training in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and PRF.
Mollye Muecke, NP
Nurse Practitioner
Molly is a board-certified nurse practitioner who specializes in injectables, with a focus on subtle enhancement and facial harmony. She takes a thoughtful, conservative approach tailored to each client's features.
Katherine Echerd, RN
Nursing Manager & Registered Nurse
Katherine is a registered nurse with a diverse clinical background spanning research, NICU, surgical nursing, and nurse education, experience that brings both precision and compassion to every client. As our Nursing Manager, she leads and mentors our nursing team while caring for patients herself. A mom of four, she loves creating a welcoming, personalized experience where everyone feels seen and cared for.

Kristin is a registered nurse and injector who focuses on natural-looking neurotoxin and filler results, guided by the training and mentorship standards set by our Galderma trainers.
Lauren Moore, RN
Registered Nurse
For more than a decade, I’ve been dedicated to helping patients feel confident in their skin. My background includes eight years in cosmetic and medical dermatology, and today my passion lies in laser treatments, skin rejuvenation, and building healthy skin from the inside out. I believe that the best aesthetic results come from combining advanced in-office treatments with a simple, consistent skincare routine tailored to each patient. When I’m not in the treatment room, I love exploring new places, spending time outdoors, and enjoying SEC football every fall.
Glaiza Bennett, RN
Registered Nurse
Glaiza is from Southern California and after completing her nursing education in 2012, relocated to Tennessee in 2014. She has had a combined 11 years of nursing experience in ICU and PACU. At Grace Aesthetics, Glaiza is committed to provide the best possible care to everyone she meets and is eager to make your experience a positive one!
Megan Stewart RN
Registered Nurse
Born and raised in Nashville, Megan earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in 2014. She began her career in the hospital setting before transitioning into medical aesthetics in 2017. After taking several years away from practice to raise her three children, she has returned to the field she's passionate about.
She is committed to providing every client with the highest level of care, taking the time to understand their goals, answer their questions, and ensure they feel comfortable and confident throughout their entire experience

Melissa is one of the first friendly faces you'll see when you arrive, welcoming new clients and catching up with familiar ones like old friends. Outside the office, she works part-time in Special Education at a local high school, designs floral arrangements for friends and family, and is a lifelong sports fan, on and off the field.
