Shannon Grace, NP, is the owner and founder of Grace Aesthetics. She has an extensive background in Cardiology and Neurosurgery, having worked with top professionals at Nashville area hospitals for years. Despite her passion for these specialties, Shannon discovered her true calling in aesthetics. She realized that her eye for detail, talent for symmetry, and obsession with perfection are crucial in every treatment and client interaction.

Tori Crook, NP is a top referred skin care consultant. Tori has an extensive background in skincare and injectables. Tori uses her knowledge, research and training to guide her clients along their skincare and beauty journey, which is very different for each individual. Tori has worked with Shannon since day one and is a valuable member of the Grace Aesthetics team.

Mary Virginia completed her undergraduate studies at Ole Miss prior to graduating from the University of Mississippi Medical Center with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2011.

Prior to moving to Tennessee in 2019, Mary Virginia was a plastic surgery PACU nurse for a team of plastic surgeons in Mississippi. During this time, she fell in love with seeing her patients through their own personal transformation journeys from start to finish. This passion is what led her to start her career as an aesthetic nurse injector.

Daniel, a board-certified physician assistant, graduated with distinction from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. In 2017, he was honored as Preceptor of the Year by the Tennessee Academy of Physician Assistants. With over 12 years of experience in aesthetic and anti-aging medicine, Daniel takes a holistic approach to skincare, focusing on color, texture, volume, and elasticity. His keen aesthetic sense and precise techniques help restore youthful vitality to the skin.

Carrie Webb is a certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with over 18 years of experience. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Fisk University and Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University.

Throughout her career, Carrie has worked in Skilled Nursing with specialization in Geriatric and Hospice Care. Her passion for healthcare and caring for others led her to pursue education in aesthetics. Carrie has advanced training in Neuromodulators, Dermal Fillers and PFP.

Molly, a board-certified Nurse Practitioner from Knoxville, TN, holds a BSN from the University of Tennessee and an MSN from Case Western. After training in dermatology at the Cleveland Clinic, she practiced orthopaedic spine surgery at Vanderbilt before transitioning to aesthetic dermatology. She's known for helping patients age gracefully, with a clientele that includes figures from the music and entertainment industries.

Kristin was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, and has spent the last 18 years as a dedicated nurse, bringing compassion and expertise to every patient she meets. A proud graduate of Belmont University, she combines a top-notch education with a genuine love for aesthetics to help her clients look and feel their best.

Lauren grew up in Birmingham, AL, and graduated from nursing school in 2021. She has been working in the aesthetic field since 2016, with a background in both medical and cosmetic dermatology. Lauren relocated to Franklin in February 2024 and is eager to advance her career at Grace Aesthetics.

Jen is an experienced Office Manager with a degree in Business Communication. Jen strives to create a welcoming environment for both staff and clients.

Outside of work, Jen loves spending time with family and friends. She loves any excuse for a shopping date with her daughter!

Hanna Durdin is an enthusiastic and dedicated professional who graduated from the University of Alabama. She loves working as an administrative assistant, where she excels at keeping things organized and helping her team succeed.

Hanna also enjoys running the social media page for Grace Aesthetics. Her creative posts and engaging content have greatly improved the brand's online presence.

Anna grew up in Birmingham, AL, and attended medical school at West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. She is board certified in Internal Medicine, and has practiced as a Hospitalist for 7 years.
